Shipping:
Book orders that have a shippable total of $150 net and the account is current will receive free freight in the continental US. Shipments to P.O. boxes do not qualify for free freight. Free freight may not apply to promotional sales, extra discounts and discounted items.
Equipment and yarn orders the customer is responsible for paying freight.
Returns:
All products are sold on a non-returnable basis except for damages and mis-shipments.
Damages:
All damage claims must be made within three days of receipt. Claims beyond three days will not be honored.
Backorders:
All backorders will remain open unless cancelled by customer. A backorder report is included with all invoices for convenience.
Minimums:
There are no minimums!
Terms:
- New accounts must prepay first three orders. After prepaid orders the account is eligible for net 30 terms.
- Delinquent accounts will have orders held!
- If an account becomes delinquent, it will revert back to prepaid. Extended credit is granted at the sole discretion of Unicorn Books & Crafts.
- Book orders with a shippable total of $1500 and the account is current will receive 30/60 terms.
